WPE 179 Cardio Training - Basic

(Contact Hours: 1.5) This is a course using scientific principles to develop muscular endurance and cardio-respiratory fitness. A variety of approaches are utilized in this class including: exercise bicycles, tread mills, elliptical machines, cardio steppers, rowing machines, and other forms of cardio equipment. This class takes place in the fitness center. This class utilizes a standard class lab format in which the student will meet with the class and the instructor on a regular basis for the scheduled class time.
