This program of study provides students with an additional option in preparing for career advancement or transition. This degree is personalized and flexible, and designed, in part, to recognize traditional coursework available at Kalamazoo Valley in addition to structured on-the-job training, military, trade/proprietary schools, and apprenticeship programs. Students interested in this degree need to meet with a counselor or advisor to determine the appropriate concentration or emphasis of study for an individualized education plan.
