Sustainable Brewing, AS

The Associate of Science degree in sustainable brewing is designed for students planning a career in brewing science. This rigorous science-based program prepares students for employment in the brewing industry or other fields in the natural or physical sciences.

Transfer Notes: Students complete the sustainable brewing certificate courses and then, under a two-plus-two transfer program with Western Michigan University, complete sciences and general education electives toward a Bachelor of Science at Western Michigan University. It is recommended that a student complete three of the following courses to fulfill the twelve credits of science required: BIO 101, BIO 104, CHM 120, CHM 130.
