BUS 203 Human Resource Management

(Contact Hours: 3) This course is a study of the techniques of supervising and coordinating the work of others including employment interview methods, training procedures, supervision of employees, improvement of interpersonal relationships, policies for labor-management relations, and labor legislation. Recommended prerequisite: BUS 101 or instructor permission. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
