Sustainable Brewing, AS
The AS degree in sustainable brewing is designed for students planning a career in brewing science. Students complete the brewing certificate courses and then, under a “two-plus-two” transfer program with Western Michigan University, complete sciences and general education electives toward a Bachelor of Science at WMU. This rigorous science-based program is designed to prepare students for employment in the brewing industry or other fields in the natural or physical sciences. It is recommended that a student complete the following courses to fulfill the twelve credits of science: BIO 101, BIO 104, CHM 120, CHM 130.
