AUTO 151 Fuel & Emissions Systems
(Contact Hours: 8) The student will be provided with a basic understanding of the theory and operation of the fuel metering and emission devices found on past and present automobiles and light trucks and how they relate to engine performance. Practical experience will be gained through diagnosing, testing, and servicing the various systems found on these vehicles. Ignition systems will also be covered. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of AUTO 121 is REQUIRED.
