ART 103 Drawing & Composition I
(Contact Hours: 5) This course involves a study of drawing by exploring basic drawing techniques and composition by considering line, mass, structure, perspective, shade, and form. Students will work from still life, basic geometric form and line, value studies, and linear perspective. Students will explore graphite, ink, and charcoal, as well as be exposed to various other optional media. PREREQUISITE: Writing and Reading -- minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
