LEN 134 Ethics & the Law

(Contact Hours: 3) This is a study of the process of ethical decision-making as it applies to the field of criminal justice. Both classical and contemporary readings in ethical decision-making are used as a means to critically analyze cases in criminal justice decision-making. Recommended prerequisite: LEN 101. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
