PHY 221 Engineering Physics I

(Contact Hours: 6) This is the first course in physics for students who plan to major in engineering or physics. Topics included are mechanics, sound, and heat. These topics are studied using appropriate skills from calculus. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of MATH 160 is REQUIRED. MATH 162 is recommended.
