NURS 105 Intro to Pharmacotherapeutics

(Contact Hours: 1) This course introduces the principles of pharmacology, drug therapy, pharmacologic therapeutic classes of drugs, prototype drugs, and drug information resources. Nursing issues related to drug administration and treatment regimens will also be discussed. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of BIO 210 and admission to the nursing program are REQUIRED.
