Transfer Notes: Students will choose at least one content major, such as mathematics, integrated science, language arts, or social studies. Upon completion of the bachelor’s degree, students become eligible for certification in grades K-5 in all subjects and grades K-8 in subject areas of major or minor.

Students interested in early childhood education should follow the special education transfer guide, as it works for both special education and early childhood education. Students should speak with an advisor at the school to which they plan to transfer early in their degree progress. All education bachelor’s degree programs have additional admission requirements, such as grade point average, test scores, and volunteer experience.
