Political Science, AA
The study of political science is the systematic study of government, politics, and political behavior. It examines how a society governs itself at all levels and various ideas about how it should be governed in the future.
This program is designed for students who intend to transfer to a four-year college or university. Requirements may be updated prior to the start of the Fall 2022 semester. Students completing this program should consult a counselor or advisor to develop their degree plan and for registration advice.

Transfer Notes: This degree is designed to be a transfer option for a bachelor’s degree with a political science major. Students often are allowed to choose a concentration area within the political science major, such as American public policy, public law, international and comparative politics, or secondary education.
