LEN 106 Criminal Law & Procedure

(Contact Hours: 4) This course provides a study of legal issues to conduct investigations, substantive criminal law, criminal procedure, court functions, civil law, and juvenile law. Recommended prerequisite: LEN 101 and ENG 110 or ENG 160. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
