MUS 205 Music for Classroom Teacher

(Contact Hours: 3) This is a course for the student majoring in elementary education. Basic music structures are examined through practical experience on the musical instruments that may be used in the elementary classroom. A discussion of the available and appropriate instructional materials is also undertaken. PREREQUISITE: Writing and Reading -- minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
