CIS 253 Routing & Switching Concepts

(Contact Hours: 5) This course introduces students to the components and operations of routers and switches in a network environment. Students will learn networking fundamentals including how to configure a router and a switch for functionality, implement routing protocols, and secure network devices, along with learning to troubleshoot routers and switches. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of CIS 221 is REQUIRED.
