LEN 134 Ethics and the Law
(Contact Hours: 3) This is a study of the process of ethical decision making as it applies to the field of criminal justice. Both classical and contemporary readings in ethical decision making are used as a means to critically analyze cases in criminal justice decision making. Comment: This is a first semester level course. Completion of or concurrent enrollment in LEN 101 is recommended. Additional LEN course work is encouraged. Recommended prerequisite: LEN 101 or instructor permission. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
