Cisco Technician, AAS

This hands-on program prepares students for employment, specifically for Cisco installations, that includes work installing, configuring and supporting networks. Students will learn to install and configure, including security requirements, networks. Student also learn to troubleshoot PCs, networks, operating systems, hardware and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite applications. Database concepts, systems analysis and design, writing, and communication skills are also included in this program as it prepares students for prepares students for the CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) certification tests.
