Supervisory Leadership, CERT

This one-year certificate is for those preparing for first-line supervision and for those who recently have been promoted to supervisor. The certificate is applicable to all sectors of business, including service, non-profit, and manufacturing. The U.S. Department of Labor’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills Report identified the demand by employers for the specific skills that employees and supervisors should possess.
