CIS 110 PC Operating Systems
(Contact Hours: 3) This course provides hands-on projects to develop students' proficiency in installing, managing, maintaining and troubleshooting problems with current PC operating systems. Students will be able to support users in a business or home environment and be prepared for the software side of the CompTIA A+ Essentials certification. Recommended prerequisite: BUS 103. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
