CIS 115 PC Hardware & Software Support
(Contact Hours: 5) This course introduces computer hardware and operating systems, covering skills such as installation, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing, and preventive maintenance of Personal Computers, with additional elements of security and soft skills. The objectives of the CompTIA A+ Essentials objectives will be covered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED prerequisite: BUS 103 and CIS 110. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
