BREW 151 Biochemistry of Brewing

(Contact Hours: 2) This course is an introductory chemistry course that uses the hierarchy of organization as the framework for introducing students to the concepts of atomic structure, chemical bonding, pH, density, biopolymers, enzymes, and energy dynamics. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of BREW 100 and BREW 130 is REQUIRED.
