BIO 104 Organismal Biology
(Contact Hours: 6) This is the second course in a two-semester sequence which begins with BIO 101. Students' knowledge of cell biology will be complemented by studies of evolution, biodiversity and the interrelationships of living things. The course is designed for biology majors and for all other students who plan to take higher-level biology courses. Laboratory activities are designed to engage each student actively in the processes of scientific discovery and analysis. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of BIO 101 is REQUIRED.
