CUL 214 Pies, Teacakes & Cookies

(Contact Hours: 5) This courses focuses on the preparation of American and European style pie and tart fillings and dough, cookies, teacakes, custards, and batters. Instruction of finishing and presentation techniques will also be covered. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of CUL 105 and CUL 210 is REQUIRED.
