HVAC 110 Duct Design
(Contact Hours: 2) This course is a study of various types of duct systems used in warm air heating and/or cooling systems of residential and commercial applications. The course includes the design, layout, installation, and operation of warm air heating and cooling systems. Topics covered include duct sizing, pressure drop in ducts, good duct installation practice, and fan performance. Recommended prerequisite: HVAC 105. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
