AUTO 162 Engine Overhaul
(Contact Hours: 8) This course is designed to provide students with the theory of operation and design of the internal combustion engine and related systems. Theory is supported by complete tear down, inspection and measurement of an engine in preparation for engine overhaul. The student will gain hands-on exposure by utilizing his/her engine or a shop engine. Recommended prerequisite: AUTO 112. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
