ART 214 Color Photography
(Contact Hours: 7) This digital color photography course investigates the role of color in making expressive photographs. Lighting, filtration, and exposure of digital media is explored. Creative use of Photoshop, Lightroom and other digital imaging software will be included as well. Aesthetic and technical skills are emphasized equally. Camera and some materials will be provided. PREREQUISITE: Writing and Reading -- minimum benchmarks will be enforced. ART 132 or instructor permission by submission of a portfolio before the first class meeting is recommended.
