BIO 201 Genetics
(Contact Hours: 6) This course is recommended for students majoring in biology, pre-medicine, or related fields. It is a survey of modern principles of heredity. Students will investigate the nature of genes, patterns of inheritance, and the interactions of heredity and environment. Genetic systems of a variety of living things, including humans, will be studied. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of BIO 101 is REQUIRED.
