AUTO 138 Manual Trans/Driveline Repair
(Contact Hours: 5) This course focuses on lecture and related laboratory experiences in the diagnosis and repair of automotive manual transmission, transaxles, light duty truck transmission, transfer cases, drive axles, ring and pinion gears, clutches, and related components. The student will gain hands-on exposure by utilizing his/her or shop units. Prior Learning credit available - students must consult a counselor or advisor prior to beginning the assessment process. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of or concurrent registration in AUTO 112 is REQUIRED.
