Our baking and pastries certificate program is designed to give both an overview of core fundamental baking skills as well as teaching sustainable quantity production aspects. Graduates will have a well-rounded industry knowledge base for application in the workforce. Our classes are very hands-on, allowing students to learn and produce a large variety of bread and pastry products.
