LPN 103 Foundations LPN Practice
(Contact Hours: 12) This course is designed to assist the beginning LPN nursing student to develop those skills necessary to meet basic client needs for safety, elimination, nutrition, mobility, and hygiene. The content includes basic medication administration, principles of medical and surgical asepsis, and adult/gerontological client nursing assessment skills. PREREQUISITE: Admission to the practical nursing program is REQUIRED.
