BUS 207 Organizational Behavior
(Contact Hours: 3) This is an experiential examination of interpersonal relationships as they affect one's ability to function in the world of work. Topics include self-understanding, as well as the understanding of others, motivation and productivity, morale, conflict and change management, stress, ethics, diversity, goal setting, and self-managed work teams. PREREQUISITE: Writing and Reading -- minimum benchmarks will be enforced. BUS 101 or instructor permission is recommended.
