BUS 218 Creating/Managing Projects
(Contact Hours: 4) This course provides an overall understanding of the management of projects. It will emphasize the skills and knowledge necessary to build and manage projects using project management software and business applications. Features include understanding the discipline of project management, analyzing a project situation and creating a project file to be controlled, reported, and updated. Recommended prerequisite: BUS 101 or relevant work experience. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
