Sustainable Brewing, AAS
This new go-to-work degree combines the competencies in brewing science and technology found in the brewing certificate with additional coursework in the sciences, business, sustainability studies, and allied fields. The program is designed to prepare students for technical and entrepreneurial careers in the brewing industry. Its development has been informed by industry partners and focus/advisory groups.
