ECE 250 Administration of ECE Programs
(Contact Hours: 3) This course prepares students for leadership roles in early childhood settings by exploring licensing standards, state and federal systems, and ethical practices. Emphasis is placed on professional communication, inclusive program culture, staff development, financial management, and advocacy. Students will learn to align organizational practices with core values, support diverse families, and foster high-quality learning environments.
