BREW 255 Management & Quality
(Contact Hours: 3) This advanced level lecture course will cover the management of the brewery and product quality. Students will explore the basics of brewing business, finance, marketing, and sales; develop skills in leadership, management, and human resources; learn about the laws, governing bodies, and reporting; understand sustainability in terms of societal, environmental, and economic impacts; delve into the management of quality; and gain an understanding of the common operations and technologies utilized in these processes. PREREQUISITE: Successful completion of BREW 105, BREW 125, and BREW 155 is REQUIRED.
