Sustainable Brewing, COA

This certificate of achievement program concentrates on the fundamentals of beer brewing. This hybrid course of study will provide students with basic training in sustainable brewery science, operations, and technology. Online courses will instruct students in the science and theory of beer brewing. In-person lab courses will teach students technical skills through hands-on experience in our on-campus brewing lab facilities. An all online option is available for students with sufficient related industry experience. Students seeking the all online option should contact the Prior Learning Assessment Office for further information. This program will equip students with the level of knowledge and technical skills needed for various entry-level jobs within the brewing industry. For students wishing to continue their education, requirements for this certificate of achievement also fulfill the first semester of the sustainable brewing certificate.
